For Aux2 switch, I adjusted the travels.
I set to Gov ON on 1(travel=2 blinking red for 1900RPM) and Gov OFF on 0 for Aux2 switch(travel=0).
How I verify is, when I power up with Aux2 on 0, there is no green light when throttle above 25%.
I leave the throttle above the 25% and moment I flip Aux2 to 1, the green light appears indication the Gov is working. Flipping back the Aux2 switch, the green light will be gone.

Anything wrong with my process?
For the Programme mix, I never set at all and it still works. Very strange the link you sent me, the guy actually used the program mix ... which I never ....

Anyone can clarify on this ???

i didnt follow the RR link on programming ATG .. and ive no idea why the need for program mix too ..

Sounds correct but we could miss out something .. so just be alert when starting and spooling up.

Good news. Programming Aux2 (Gov signal chn) to the Aux2 switch proved successful.
Flipping the switch will determine Gov on or off but only obvious when I in Normal mode and about to land.
Never try Gov off when in Idle 1 mode.
I still need to tune my low end needle.
The transition from low to high needle sux, when I was doing tunning without Gov.
Basically, without Gov, at low to near mid stick, RPM sounded right. But once I hit nearly half throttle, the RPM drops and it sounded very rich.
For this I am supposed to lean slightly abit more on the low end needle right?
My high end is on 3 and a quarter open.

Pls advise how to advise the sypmtoms on my transition from low to high needle.

idle needle would govern the fuel/air mixture mostly on throttle below half open, the high speed needle would come into play more when throttle goes above half open .. so assuming that half throttle on the stick is already somewhat above half throttle open, then it sounded like your high speed needle is too rich?

adjusting the high speed needle may affect the overall fuel/mix mixture when engine is idling, meaning you may have to re-tune the idle needle again after adjusting the high speed needle.

Then I guess it should be high end needle. The low end is lean enough but once mixture from high end flows in the RPM lowers and gogged. I had to push it to 3/4 stick before the heli starts to rev up again, engines sounds like dying but never.
So far the punch is not really there, I did few flipping here and there. Was able to maintain my half piro flipping better than my 450, lot easier and engine does not bog much!
I'm starting to fall in love with it

Bun, when you lean (adjust) your high needle, MUST check your idle again remember. Cos the last time we did that, we ignore the low end and it did go too well remember?

And you are a bloody clown today lol, haven;t get used to flying normal flight on your 600 go and do Piro Flip somemore lol. I was clapping happily liao lol, looks way nicer than on your 450 man.

Yeah, intend to lean high to to 3 turns from current 3¼ turns, and also to richen the idle so that they RPM will sound gradual during transition from low to high.

Im worried about the Carb sticking issue though.
Seems like everybody has it, and i don't want my RPM to go crazy w/o a gov.
So i'm skeptical till a remedy is devised.
