Thats the problem. I got a feeling its needles imbalance, but just not sure which to adjust.
When I drag full throttle, can hear the exhaust bubbling. SYmptom of being too rich at high end right?
But I'm at 2½ slightly more and it seems to be quite lean already? Anyway I'm on 20% nitro.
So which to adjust? High speed valve or low end needle? Richen or lean out?

I lean it out abit just now. No more chance to lean it as had to stop flying. Now it should be around 2½ turns. Previously I was actually on 2.75 turns, I stated wrongly. The transition sounds slightly better and there definitely was a big increase in headspeed. After 7 mins of flight, the bottom plate was not hot. Immediately after landing I can place my finger there for more than 10sec without feeling much heat.
The high end needle already leaned to what I wanted. I started working on the low end needle but had only 1 flight so cannot determine if problem is solved.
My lowest throttle was at 9.5% but Edmond's was at 6%. So I lean out the low end needle about ¼ turn slightly more. My take off on ATG Active mode was smooth, very smooth, without the RPM lowering during 50% to 75% stick.
Found a crack on the tail fork, not too sure if ive over tightened something or just too much stress.. either way .. ive already upgraded to metal version.

btw, i could be wrong about the throttle sticky issue, I was able to fix my 'overspeeding' issue by re-tuning my engine, it was due to the un-balance needles that Ken kept mentioning
I 'felt' the throttle and found it rough only a minute after cutting throttle, so maybe it would be obvious only if it gets too hot? and ive been running it on the richer side.

Which is pretty strange keke cos on the other hand, I am richening my OS more and more till I am fumigating the field and yet still get about 730mins.
Stop looking for a gyro in my plane, they are all in the head.

Possible too .. since we're able to run richer for the same power on 30%
Anyhow, I finally got the damn OS dialled in lol. Took quite a while to get the pitch versus tuning balance right for the best performance of my RJX. A bit off topic but nothing beats hearing the engine run a bit quieter and smoother without the lean interval and yet feel the torque and almost negligble slight decay in HS when pushing the fast Tic Tock moves. Best of all, it is still slightly richer meaning longer lasting engine before the dreaded overhaul.
