Hi, anyone heard of this new heli from Taiwan?

As ARK-Taiwan claim this to use a 3sLiPo setup, tested with a 3S 2200mah 20c Airpower Lipo and it performed very well at this level being very stable and at the same time responsive. It augers well for much harder work with a suitable battery and next flight will be with a 4s configuration.The X-500 is open to options up to 6s.
Provided with alum. rotorsystem (blade grips Plastic) and Alum side frames it weighs in at 400 grams less than the Align 500.

hmmm, this design is veri similar with Trex design

Yeah & it looks like its a lot lighter as well.

i actually saw this online even before the t5 was out..

ark is apparently the makers of the helimax "trex" helis, and some of the founders were from align

If i am not mistaken , the ARK series were out FIRST before the first t-rex 450 . And the designers from ARK moved to align

dun think it will ever come to sg. it isnt widely flown or even known, though it has been out for almost a year
