The standard stuff that comes with a usual kit+some extras- two booms, towel, governor, locktite/retainer glue, grease cable tie, blade holder...at one point of time it was rumoured that new kits are coming with black paddles, still have got white on mine though.

In all honesty, this isn't quite the ideal kit I have in mind(especially the silly button head set screws that I always strip), but at this price point, I guess its quite good value.

Balance mind, already trying the 251 in the raptor with the solid-g. Incredible combo. Ideal kit to me is something like the aurora main frame/tail with 700N head, 135ccpm, base plate that is as thick as that on the stratus, no button head screw, no 2.5mm screws...but that is ideal..

My first time building a non-plastic kit and I must say its TEDIOUS AND TIRING. Only completed the main rotor head, clutch bell and tank assembly. Only 20% done on main frame.

Fuel tank is not quite easy and took me quite a while to get the tank stopper in, after which I realise a serious problem. The tank has two holes for the tank plug/nipple. I was planning to run a header tank so I thought its ok to use the one on the outside and happily installed everything with thicker line and heavier clunk. After which I happily install the tank on the frame because finless bob say its IMPOSSIBLE install the tank after the frame has been built. Then I realise that if you don't use the hole in the middle of the tank for the fuel nipple, the heli will start to suck air at 1/2 tank. So take out everything and redo again. The align tank is really not quite as easy as the raptor's.

My one way/main/tail gear came pre-installed with loctite, so I just left it as it is.

ATG magnet is a hair too big for the align clutch bell, ended up having to use the one in the align governor.

And some button head screws in the kit cannot be replaced by normal set screws because there have a thin non-threaded portion which goes into the frame. The holes in the frame are not very "clean". Suprisingly(to me), the engine mount DOES NOT use any washer..

20% done main frame. Not sure why, but the canopy standoffs and governor sensor mount is in the radio tray pack despite the fact that its done in the frame building step. Took me 10mins before I found them hiding in the elevator servo holder in the radio tray pack

And oh yeah, finally there is a canopy that matches the colour of the rotor tech's.

                  Hi:

Did you find that when you install the double links on page 6 for the seesaw the link is not straight? Mine is not..Shit..!! Ended up had to bend a bit.

Also the radius arm that was attached to the metal washout, the M2 5mm screws are not enitrely into the metal washout control arms. Maybe I was thinking if I should just get a 12mm M2 nut and tighten it with a M2 nylon nuts.
                  Whiplashing soon?

yes, I had that problem take out and redo and it became ok. The 33mm link on page 8 was the problem for me. Not sure if its me or the links, but both are not straight after 3attempts.

The m2x5mm screw came pre-installed and loctited isn't it?

It is but better to check it. mine is not on one screw.

Also, the links are surely not straight. Maybe should complain to rotor.

Also, I was thinking of changing the links to JR type if not thunder tiger..Not sure if it works?

Not sure if TT links will work, might try it when I go home later. Let me know how rotor reply if you are contacting them.

What engine are you using har? My fan hub seems a bit tight to push into the ys, you have the same problem?

I am using OS-91 Non Pumped.

Seems to be ok. I have not gone that far yet.

Rotor says since it is the first batch they got no idea too.

Hey bro..think you are spot on right. It is super super tight for mine. I got to hammer it in..almost got my brand new OS into trouble, hope it will be alright.

Cheap things does comes with a price.

I just build a vibe 50. It is no where near it's quality. but having said that, this trex 700 has really got low parts count. I almost 70% done..

Finished tail, main frame and servos. Didn't have to shim the main shaft at all, but I have a problem with the control shaft on page 16. It seems to be a hair or two too long. Is it suppose to be like that or is there a shim to fix it? I am sure if left alone, it will induce phasing problem in flight. TmMugen you got this problem?

I got my fan on too. Used quite a bit of force, but cannot find a suitable socket to tighten the crankshaft nut.

Same too. I cannot find a socket ranch to fix it up. Frame done, tail and TT done too I have not got time to fix up the servos yet.

Page 16? I think there are fours shimes to make up the clearance right? I have not get to that stage yet. wow boy you are fast..!! Where are you flying it?
