i have try to take out the screw ,when i pull ,like the rod is stuck.what must i do????

Tab a little with a hammer to loosen any binding. Then use a plier to pull it out.

How badly bent is the flybar?

u have to bend it roughly straight first.. then need a few knocks and pull it out through the "straighter" end

also since u have to bend it straight, may as well reuse it
