    ya brushless ...... but not the tail ...... for the main

    those at JH is too low Kv for single lipo operation

      Yup u are right...really made me crazy when I tried to hover the first time.
      Do share your ideas if you have made any mod to make this tiny guy more stable.

        The breakthrough came when I replaced the main motor shaft and head. The flybar had no binding after that, it cld see saw and pivot freely ie when you tap the paddle, it should bounce back and forth easily. That's the most impt thing to achieve.

        Next, adding some wt to the flybar helped it not to shoot to the left so much, just a bit of cyclic right and quickly throttle up and I cld finally get it to hover. (I shorten the flybar too.)

        Then came the flying itself -- constant stick inputs -- as some have said, it's like trying to balance a broomstick on your palm!

        I can only still hover tail in -- can't fly it around and do fig 8s like some ppl can. Need a much bigger space to learn that.
        Thanks for telling me. I have the same problem with you when this guy always shoot to the left and just not possible to get it stable.

        Where to get the spares? You mentioned you have changed some parts?

        I heard from this thread that some upgrades are coming in. Where is the shop? Do you know?

            manage to "free up" the fly bar ......

            this is how it works like , hope is good enough

              This are the mods I did on this little heli

              1) swashplate mod to hold it in position
              2) shifted the aileron servo in
              3) heat sink for motor
              4) balsa strip to strengthen heli frame
              5) tape 4 in 1 to prevent vibration
              6) wire at blade holder for strength
              7) battery holder mod to load battery from the back for proper CG
              8) servo link move in by one hole

                I saw this Walkera HM 4-3B Micro Helicopter (2.4G Metal Edition) and i like it.
                Except for online order can i purchase it directly in Singapore?
