I don't think there are any "trainer" helicopters around, other than simulators.
Depends largely on your budget too, EP or nitro.
If you're thinking of something comvenient, the recent 450 class EP helicopters are a good choice.
I personally favour the Mini Titan for it's relatively affordable price and it's performance for stock.

coaxial helis are a good orientation trainer, fix pitch for ff, b4 u move on to collective ones. oso funfly also helps as a trainer...Current Blink²:

do u intend to fly indoor or outdoor? if indoor or in ur void deck or basketball court/hall then the fp may be a gd choice..
if u r planning on joining a FF and flying outdoor often, then get a trex or MT or even a beam heli if u have the budget
