Trainer Recommendation

Play stimulator until sianz leow, any good trainer to recommend before I go buy a real heli?

I'm ok on the stimulator, should I go get a real heli now or a trainer?

I don't think there are any "trainer" helicopters around, other than simulators.

Depends largely on your budget too, EP or nitro.

If you're thinking of something comvenient, the recent 450 class EP helicopters are a good choice.

I personally favour the Mini Titan for it's relatively affordable price and it's performance for stock.

how ok is ok? 4 point stable hover possible? i tot i oready can fly when i can do f8/flip on sim, g3.5/aerofly. But till now i neva got bored with hours of sim

coaxial helis are a good orientation trainer, fix pitch for ff, b4 u move on to collective ones. oso funfly also helps as a trainer...

go to the nearest FF and see see what heli they flying
and deicide lor.........better to have some same heli and tx/rx
so that they can help you..
since you play sim for so long and its time you try fixing the heli liao

I always felt that HBFP is a good starter heli for someone new to rc heli.Most of the times,u get away with just straighten the blades only

do u intend to fly indoor or outdoor? if indoor or in ur void deck or basketball court/hall then the fp may be a gd choice..

if u r planning on joining a FF and flying outdoor often, then get a trex or MT or even a beam heli if u have the budget


of coz, it also depends on how committed u are to this hobby.

if u r flying nitro, i think it is better u join the bbafc or some other club as there are lesser places to fly them now..

and if u intend to fly daily, u might consider an micro electric since it is more convenient, otherwise it is fine
