Are you Ppl with Xtreme upgrades on your lama still getting blade clashes?

Did you guys upgrade the blade holder?

Is it more responsive than when it is in stock form?

Did the speed improve alot after the upgrade?

i did not upgrade to the xtreme blade grips,
however, i changed my blades to the xtreme ones and i did not have anymore blade clashes, even when i am pushing it to it limits.....
another thing to add, those blades are REALLY durable...crashed umpteen times but not a single chip best $12 i had spent

Hmmm Well, I went over the limit and it still get blade clashes.

I modded my lama with something I designed. And it went like almost as fast as my micro-t with 10K kv brushless motor. But had an accident last night. It was too fast..........

      Total damage is around $14.

i've jus installed my lama with extreme blade grips.. it's super responsive when combined with hs55 servos.. a little push on e elevator, my heli did a 45degree foward.. to some maybe it's good.. i normally fly indoor fig 8 circuit in my living rm, but after e mod, im worried tat it might hit my furniture or wall.. too sensitive and responsive already.. my lama became outdoor heli liao... indoor can only hover..

but to some prefer to fly outdoor with ur extreme lama.. u'll definately enjoy it

With sudden yaw inputs during a full cyclic input, the bottom blades will strike the top blades.

With the SuperShaft mod, which extends e inner shaft 4 cm longer than stock, I never have a single blade strike again even with control linkage shifted to the outer hole of the servo horns(replaced).
This is what u can do with a lama after the removal of the brass flybar weights.
Esky Lama V4 with Extreme Blades and aluminium central hub on the Super Shaft(4cm longer than stock inner shaft, eliminates chances of blade strike) upgrades...
