Got a questions

assume my normal throttle curve is 0,25,50,75,100 and idle up is 100, 75, 50 , 75, 100

The pitch curve for normal and idle up is the same. Is this the correct setting for idle up??

Or my idle up throttle curve for the last 3 points must set higher to such as 100, 80, 55, 80 100?

With the same pitch setting in normal and idle up. when switch to idle up RPM increase my heli would jump up right?

The pitch curve in Normal mode and Idle Up mode is different. Ideally you want to have about -ve 2 to -ve 3 degrees at the bottom stick with a linear increase to +ve 10 degrees at the top stick in Normal Mode. In Idle Up mode, you can have -ve 11 at the bottom to +ve 11 at the top.

On the other hand, there is no fixed value for throttle curves. Start with a rough curve as what u mentioned above and fine tune the curve so that the head speed remains constant throughout your collective. Of course at the top and bottom end of the collective in Idle up, it may not be possible to maintain a constant headspeed.

You are right in saying that the heli will jump when changing mode but all you have to do is simultaneously move the stick as you change mode to prevent it from happening.
