Mounting Canopy

I have problem trying to mount the canopy as the black grommet keep popping out. I tried epoxy but not strong enuff. Some people used clip pins does it work? Anyone to advise? Thanks!

ya, i'm facing the same problem also. The canopy is also cutting slowing into the grommet by vibration.
