    any CNC capable engineers?

i noticed that i will learn how to do this in my aeronautical eng course. i was wondering if anyone else knows how to do this? has anyone ever made CNC machined metal parts for their own heli use?

wah, i will learn how to calculate stress parts, desgin and make them properly...sch is going to be so fun!

CNC is only good for accurate repetitive work in large numbers, eg mass production etc. For small quantity or individual work, better to use normal machining, programming the work station is just too much trouble to produce one piece!
