Mini-Titan/CC45/Stock BL Motor

Guys, I kept doing adjustment but just can't get the motor to work normally hence I seek your advice on what settle you use on your CC ESC if you using it.
1. Cutoff Voltage (Auto Lipo)
2. Current Limiting (Over current disabled)
3. Brake Type (Brake disabled)
4. Throttle Type (Governor Mode-Low RPM range)
5. Electronic Timing Advance (Standard advance timing)
6. Cutoff Type (Soft Cutoff)
7. Soft Start (Very soft start)
8. PWM Switching Rate (11KHz)

These are what I've last adjusted. The motor moves at very slow speed. Pls advise.

have u calibrated ur throttle endpts in non-gov mode(heli fixed throttle pts)? if u havent pls do..

then push ur throttle to 75%... tach it
then to 85%, tach it

then use gov-high instead.. btw set ur gain to 20-24 to prevent HS oscillation

start with a t.curve flat ard 30%... inc % till u hit the hs equivalent in gov mode.. take note of that value. this will be ur normal mode flying hs(or T %)

then inc till u get the 85% hs.. take note of the value. this will be ur idleup mode flying hs(or T %)

Not able to watch the movie now kekeke. Will do so when I get home.
I tried again this morning, when I set to auto instead of high-rpm, the trottle up was normal.
When I switch back to high rpm, the trottle up was slow. After pushing up trottle, the rpm slowly increase, around 20sec later then it peak its rpm...
Hopefully after watching I can make it work normally.
Headache will be I lack a meter to measure RPM.... so have to use the magic 75% guideline!

auto? u mean autocalubrating mode? thats not for heli but for planes. will advise against it. for cc u have to calibrate using tx endpts for the thrtte channel

as for the slow spin up, i think ur spoolup is too slow.. set to between med to high

Hmm... didn't know their " soft start " is so freaking slow!.... OK OK. Will do up when I'm home. Really appreciate. So depressed cannot get it to work..

no no.. not the soft start.. that only controls the first few turns. the one to change is called spoolup

I changed to fastest spoolup, but only slightly better.
The motor will spin at a slow speed, then slowly increasing after afew seconds. Takes quite a long time to reach max speed....
What other settings could I have gone wrong? I tried all 3 options for PWM Switching Rate also same...

bro, thats normal la.. for gov it is like that one.. could also be ur batts not gd enuff...?

if u dont like the spoolup.. dont use gov i guess

Ok lets forget the spool up first.I just did the trottle end points calibration.
For Max its at 75% and Lowest at 72% EPA. So does it mean I'll be leaving the EPA for Chn3 like this or can set back to 100% for both ends after the calibration???

As for the spool up. It shouldnt be behaving like this. When i push trottle to max, the motor slowlys spins.... its really really slow. Its only after 5sec or so then can see that the motor starts to increase speed. It takes more than 15sec for motor to spin at its fastest. This isn't about gov mode or not, it just isnt right imho.

My belt I'm using Gov at 0/26/55/55/55 and when I full trottle straight it just flies up and not slowly spool up, if you get what I mean.

Just a side note, when I use Auto Calibration for Trottle TYpe, the minute I push the trottle the motor starts spining. Its instant reaction. When I set to High RPM or Low RPM thats when it starts to spool up really really slow.

75% epa for low stick? meaning the esc arms at 75%? u need to add 5% more for safety..

at max, the esc LED should glow a solid red.. btw...always calibrate with ur best batt, otherwise the max will not be accurate


after setting, leave the EPA and DO NOT touch them

for spoolup, it doesnt matter if ur t stk is max off the bat, the spoolup sequence is controlled by the esc and not the tx. mine the spoolup takes abt 8s i think on my best batt.

btw my gov tcurve is 0/xx/xx/xx/xx...
