HBK2 blade tracking & pitch curve question???

Hello everyone, I have an HBK2 and I'm trying to check the pitch curve and tracking of the blade. I was using a pitch curve gauge. However, everytime I pull the throlltle lever all the way up, only one blade moves, and when I pull the thr lever down, the other blade moves. I saw one video and it showed the when the thr lever is pulled up or down, both blades should be moving the same time. What seems to be the problem on my blades or links perhaps??

could be due to friction on one side.

How can I correct that so that both can move at the same time?

basically the screws at the pivot points should not be overtightened, yet not so light till the joint becomes loose. sometimes how u line up the blades will play a part too eg blades not in line with each other. all movable parts should be smooth.

also to add, friction at the ball links can play a part too.

hi, ok first i assume u were doing that in throttle hold.

then second, were u holding the flybar when u move the sticks? if u werent u should level the flybar..

i also wonder if the servo dir^n is setup correcting.. btw what tx are u using?

I found out what was wrong last night. I was not holding rhe flybar when I pull the lever (like you said on your last post) that is why the other blade was not moving. I tracked my blades last night and I was lucky enough to adjust the right control link and both the blades are not travelling in one dimension. All I got to do not when I get home is to give it a test flight.

Another thing, I'm getting ready to upgrade all my main head and tail to cnc but notices that there is a nut inside the main blade holder. What size of nut driver do I use to get it out?

if u mean the feathering shaft nuts it's M3 size, u have to use 2x 5.5mm thin wall socket driver or wrench.hope this help.

Yes the feathering shaft nut. I appreciate it. Does a local hardware have this kind of nut driver or it is a specialty kind of tool?

as far as the video, yes the guy demostrating the pitch curve adjustment was holding the flybar.
