Can tell by the antenna. I hope futaba lives up to its reputation! I got tired of checking freq and worrying about shooting birds down, so this is my solution... until the 2.4 modules comes out for my old but trusty 8UHPS.On Duty

This is a 6 Channel, supports heli and plane settings. General features at a glance for Helis:
Normal Throttle and Normal Pitch Curve
Idle Up Throttle and Idle Up Pitch Curve
* NO Idle Up 2 *
Throttle Hold shares Normal Pitch Curve
Pitch Curve is 5 points
Support CCPM (with Full Servo Reversal and travel distance setup)
Gyro (or Gear) Switch setup with -100% to +100%
Dual Rates and Exponential settings
Radio Modes: 1 to 4. Throttle friction supplies two different metal ratchets where you can easily open up the casing to change the ratchets.
I've done a setup mirroring my Futaba 8UHPS settings and the servos positions remained identical.... so no need to realign anything.
Hover test today feels good. But I feel insecure without a long antenne sticking out in front of me.
I'll post a full review later on.. after I've really tested it out flying.On Duty
