CDE or HDE??

CDE should be able to control the swash better than HDE ? I has 3 servos controlling hence should have more torque ?

Either CDE or HDE, all 3 servo control the swashplate.

CDE, suppose 3 servo control all cyclics n pitch movement.

HDE, each servo control individual movement but all 3 servos still need to connect to the swashplate for cyclics n pitch.

oh ya didnt read his statement clearly.. but i assumed he meant the the cyclics and pitch movement

i think i got a clear idea now. hehe... even though still blur a bit.
my tx is standard one leh... from HB FP.

no need to do extreem 3D since i'm still learning. just want to get
a stable heli and can do simple 3D in the future. my HB FP is not
stable enough

think the king2 or mini 2 should be the next logical choice 4 u

maybe it's because I've mixed up some MT servos mounts and a new trex 450XL 3K frame !

Ehh.... Not really true.

See har, since in HDE, it only need one servo to change the pitch (collective). That servo is connect to channel 6 (Hitec/Futaba type). Now, in order to use 4 channel TX, what u need to do is to make the HDE to become "Fixed Pitch" helicopter instead.

To do that, u connect the collective linkage to a fixed position. Adjust the pitch till u like it. With that, to take off, all u need to do is to increase the motor RPM.

EDIT: Alternative to fixed the pitch, there is another way is that to connect the collective pitch servo to throttle channel also.

course i'll need to buy a better TX with 6ch.

thanks for the input. but see hor... i don't like King2. haha... coz is the same
brand like E-Sky. thinking for a better one but of course in the
future lah. will consider mini titan or trex then.
