Ok.....dunno where the last thread went to...it been so long since someone from BP spoke!!
Last few weeks were not very good weeks for me...work work work work work....that's basically it...I reduced flying to 2-3 times a week...depending on schedule....and Surprisingly enjoyed flying even more....
Fly it like you stole it...they use to say...
Was doing quite a bit of flying lately...doing a lot of nose in inverted and loops & rolls...somehow was not interested in other things...only nose in inverted...
...The bird was not dialled after the last crashed..(I flipped inverted without idling up...duh )...then it started losing power on climbouts...suspected piston ring wear...cost = $21....
Went to SHS earlier on to get the ring...found out the price through phone....asked johnny some questions to which he answered...' I on't know...you try lah.... ' NB....
Went down and spoke with one of thye guys...was it jeffery or something....wanted piston ring....then cylinder liner...then piston...then connecting rod...worked out to be $122++....fed up...bought new engine....
Think visa is my best friend...and I'm losing it soon...LOL
bust the card or bust the hobby......sheeze
Dropped in the new engine....will run tomorrow....5 tanks before I can lean out and get decent power....damn....
Hope this forum will be as it was...just wanna say you guys have been a great bunch and to those buddies who fly with me...I wanna thank you guys for the understanding and encouragement....getting the new business up is hard work...sigh...dunno when I can fly everyday again....and when $$ is not an issue....now no $$ to buy fuel already....any sponsors???
Actually good also....fly lesser and more cautiously....no crashes so far ( minus the idle up case )....save $$$...
Seen quite a bit of unreasonable behavious here in the forum....stop yeah??just enjoy the hobby...and stop being childish...everyone's here because of their HOBBY...HOBBY only....for enjoyment....that's all...
