dont understand the hitting the wall part.

but its possible to hold at 3k rpm.

I am a little more demanding then glenn. i want it to hold even if i punch up and down in succession.

btw for 12$ more, the 3154 holds the tail much better than the hs81.. with more precision.. but dont run it at 6V.. at 4.8 it is already very fast

glenn if you are punching full to 3000rpm then maybe you might want to flatten out your throttle curve in idle up? are you using governor? that would help your tail hold well too. if your throttle curve vary too much (i.e. rpm vary from mid stick to full stick) then your tail will have a hard time keeping up

actually why i had such a standard in mind is that 3krpm is what most 3d hs recommendation is at, but in truth i had yet to measure my hs in various setup.

also, there is this issue with the 887 dying over 10 flights, well it hasnt, but i'm waiting for it to come to that, so i am feeling pretty sensitive to the lack of holding.

either way i am exploring a tail servo option too, and until i tested my new 500SH motor, then i will decide to flatten out or not.

waiting for my new batteries now~
