You can get carbon rod from JH.

Just drill a 1.5mm hole and superglue in one of the align ball link rod...

rotor sells an adjustable carbon link end set that is adjustable. i suggest you drill a hole to mount a screw through. heli's aren't the places you use glue for any major structural or control mechanisms.
