    Clunk Line Tubing

Hey guys...was changing out my fuel tubing for my Rappie when I saw something...I notice that when I flip the tank over to simulate inverted flight, the Clunk line does'nt touch the top, seem to just hang in mid-air...seems like it is too stiff. In this case fuel won't be able to reach the engine during inverted. Hence would like to check with you guys if you use different kinds of tubing from the Main for the the Tank?

PS: I'm using the Blue color Silicon tubing that Rotor is selling.

I used blue Aerotrend tubing from Hobby Shack, works fine for me

I cut the clunk to be very slightly longer than the stock length. Probably around 0.3-0.4cm longer.

When i flipped the heli inverted, it dosen't seem to be touching the back of the tank too. However after a few flights, the tubing kind of softened up and it bends without kinking..

Dude dude dude....that blue color tubing is for outside the tanks. Go walk to the other side of the shop, where all the filter, diverter and nozzle is located. its all in japanese if i m not wrong. There u ll find a packet of fuel tube small and soft. i got some can pass to u for sample so u can get the right size. i ll try to take a picture of it when i get home.

Do you change the Clunk to something heavier? seems that the Sceadu one is heavier than the Rappie one...Did not have this issue with my Sceadu even though I use the same Blue color tubing..

I am using the fuel line from rotor and also ntc, both only last me 2gallons only.

Everytime when I change the line to a new type, I just fly to 1/8-1/4 fuel level then hover inverted to watch if my header tank level is dropping, if it is dropping, it is not doing its job.
