Fixing Belt CP Metal Rotor Set

Hi,

I am not sure whether I have setup the Belt CP Metal Rotor Set correctly. The parts that come with the spindle shaft is slightly different from the original plastic type. Got something extra.

I think the plastic type comes with O-ring\damper & washers that go through the spindle shaft. However, the metal upgrade type comes with O-ring\damper, washers and another thicker "washer" (don't know what is the correct word to use).

So, my question is, the parts (i.e. O-ring\damper, washers, etc.) that suppose to go through the spindle shaft, which is the correct sequence?
