if i'm gonna be carrying all the extra nitro stuff like starters and misc batteries, i'd rather be flying a 50 sized bird anyway. it'll be much easier to learn things and the power to weight ratio is far better.JR 9x
Raptor 50 SE
Raptor 90 3D

Superb machine!

Future Helis

There's no need for conversion. There are ep and gp versions.
The irony is that the concept of a small nitro heli is too good for its time.
The BH is only the start of a potential successful product.
Like all new inventions there will be skepticism.
Comparing 50 size ep an gp, the argument can go on for eternity.
But what's important here is the possible development of improvements
to make the product palatable in terms of practicality pertaining to all the aspects; power to weight ratio, cost, cleanliness, performance, size,
convenience, etc. and so on.
Give it a chance.
Like Raptor has offered an electric version already,
I'd welcome, say maybe a nitro T-Rex or Lepton.
Appreciate the helis not only on the basis of personal preferences
but also for the technical innovative input from the makers.
Happy flying!

More Retailers Desired

Yes, parts support is of paramount importance.
It would be good to have more retailers
offering smaller nitros helis like the BH.
So that hobbyists can have choices of different helis.
And probably even use parts of different makes
interchangeably to improve poorer designs.

For nitro, I thinking of getting the Tahmazo T210 portable 12V starter (12V + motor Starter), which is lighter and smaller, batt glow starter, small bottle for fuel and hand pump.. all can fit into a small backpack .. not that bad in terms of weight... Black Hawk can fit into 70cm case together with the TX...
