    CP2 4-in-1 gyro settings

i'm having a headache with my 4-in-1 gyro on cp2

i turned gain to min, then started to trim my proportion until my heli could hold the tail reasonably well (still not perfect, though) 1m above ground

then i started turning up my gain but i can't get it to a point it won't sway and won't drift...

anybody wanna share the gain settings on cp2 running stock motor? or should i turn the gain to max then trim down?

            Hi detach8,

When I trim my 4-in-1 (CP2), I set my gain to mid position then start trimming the proportion first. After triming the proportion, then I adjust the gain if it is out. With each adjustment, you need to re-initialise your 4-in-1 so that the new setting can be recoganised. Sometime you need to repeat these adjustment a few times before you can get an optimised setting.

If after doing all that, you still have problem with the tail (significant drift) then chances are your tail motor already 'kaput'. How many flights have you done with the tail motor?

By the way, do you add any fuse between you motor and your 4-in-1? If you did, it can cause your trimming to be extremely sensitive and sometime impossible. If ths is the case, just remove the fuse.
