ESC connector different from my Lipo...how now?

Got a Align 2200mAh lipo with round connectors....BUT ....my ESC has straight connectors...

What do I get to link them up?

am i correct to say the straight pins on my ESC are call Dean connectors...so i need to change the ones on my lipo?

It is better to use Dean connectors for your Trex ESC-Battery.

If you use poor quality connectors, you may have all kind of problem such as inconsistant power supply due to poor contact which might cause the heli to drift in altitute.

Based on what you mentioned, I think your ESC comes with dean connectors (male side). Dean connector are :

If so, then you need only to change the battery side of the connector to Dean (Female) connector. Be careful not to accidentally short the battery during soldering. You can view this video as a guide.

Yes, these are dean connectors. Wonder why my earlier lin did not work?

Buy the Red colour ones as shown in the links. There are also black ones which may be cheaper.
