first my picoo z has some crashes and has liven up to its name to be almost indestructible...but the tail rotor is another issue. i realised that it kinda becomes loose...and turns on and off due to the blade. so anyone knows of where to buy replacement tail rotor blades?
second...the picoo z after a recent crash has become unbalanced. what i mean is when it goes up from the ground or hand...the picoo z becomes off balanced and spirals to the ground even with both rotor running smoothly. so could it be the heli needs stabalizing or the blades need to be changed?
I have had one of these for about six months, and every time it is unstable, it seems to be a bent or damaged tail rotor, or there is hair wrapped around one of the two rotors. There should have been an extra rotor with you Piccoz, and if you haven't used it, that is the second thing I would check after the hair. If the rotor is cracked, it will behave as you described. If you are lucky enough to still have the second rotor, some people have reinforced it with resin, a good idea, since I know of no place to get spares. The other thing to check if there are not hairs wrapped around the rotor, and the tail rotor is intact and straight, it to check the shaft to see if it is bent. Hope this helps.
