TT50 Pro Idle Screw O-Rings

Does anyone have any clue if the o-rings in the picture is out-of order? They seem to have a little shoulder on one side. Aren't they supposed to be "O" as in cylindrical circular halo.?

I am so fed up, I have decided to bench-run the TT50 and guess what!

The fellow keep running at high rpm with 4 turns on the main and 41/4 turns on the idle screw, somemore only 50% throttle. The engine back cover plate is hot as ever. Fuel doesn't leak from all the O-ringed areas.

So what could be the problem? What is the actual setting of the needles for running in? Thanks.

put in a enya 4 and run 4 turn main 5 turn low end

by the way if there is no load, the engine will scream!!!!

example, you can run in a new honda car engine just by putting the engine on free gear and half throttle. get the picture?

eh, some guys use heli engine to fly their planes leh. The prop is 10 x 8. Maybe should change it to 12 or 13?

OR maybe I should just put it back into the R50V2 and start all over....sigh.

The TT50 still runs hot even with the needles open. There's alot of smoke and fuel, but the back plate is still hot. Furthermore there's no air or fuel leakage observed. If it is normal to run like this then I will continue to fly like this until the damn thing explodes in the air (I really hope it does, so I can continue with my life).

Getting sick of the TT engines already. Since the TT36, TT39 and now the TT50. I am starting to think these are junk engines even if it is 10% out of every batch released! Because I am always one in the 10%!!!

And I wonder has anyone on earth has used a TT engine successfully with the rear bearings un-rusted and as a matter of fact, any other makes, their rear bearing always rust....yes no? I am curious, how many people actually use the after-run engine oil?

Sometimes, I wonder why waste money on such an expensive paper weight!. Buying TT engines is like trying your luck with "ToTo or 4D".

Wat fuel you used for running in? I am using CP15%.

I am going to grind the taper on the needles to get more fuel into the carb. After that, if it still doesn't cooldown I gonna put it a SPAD....
