setting for what ? the esc, the heli or the tx?
actually you can follow the recommended setting on the manual first,
then custom it when you are more comfortable.

Friend you mentioned that you are a beginner and you feel something odd...you know this line really sounds odd...just how beginner are you? Do you owned any heli yet?

Alot of things in this hobby does seems to be very easy but when you are into it...I just hope you won't kill yourself over it

I do purchase the T-rex 450x combo set from rotor
the one with 25a esc, head-lock gyro and 2800kv brushless motor
and i had converted the machine to a CCPM.

when im hovering, i need to hold the stick to the right just to keep the heli straight.

and there are too much hovering pitchs from difference website

            which is a better choice?

wat should i do to set the R-T or rev-mix????

Hello please define the things when people ask you if you want help...we cannot possibly help you if you don't want to make things clear...

just what do you mean by R-T or rev-mix????

Or else just bring you heli to a flying site an ask someone to test flight your bird for you...

Ans: You mean u have a CDE XL now?

when im hovering, i need to hold the stick to the right just to keep the heli straight. Ans: Its normal...we all compensate one side

and there are too much hovering pitchs from difference website
Ans: You need a pitch guage, and make sure ur mechanical set up are all done first..eg linkages lenght etc..

                which is a better choice?

wat should i do to set the R-T or rev-mix????

Let me try to get the answer to your questions.

Since you have a head-lock gyro, once setup and adjusted, it should hold the heli straight when hover and in flight. Only minor adjustment is needed.

Hovering pitch? Are you referring to the pitch curve? Just use the ones in the manual to start with, than make changes as you learn more.

You gyro should be the Align one that has two mode, head-lock mode and rate (standard) mode. Just stick to the head-lock mode and learn to fine tune it. Make sure the rev-mix is zero or off, you only use this with the rate mode.

Here are some direct link to the Fin’s video, there are vary detail and informative. Just need to spend some time going through them. Oh, you need to register before you and see the videos (I think).

Hi Guys ! ...Maybe I'm too used to flying the Honey bees FP and CP2, but everytime I hover up a Trex, I get the Hibees-Jibees just listening to the Hi-rev of the rotors !

I sorta figure out he mean the Revo mix by "rev-mix" but what in the heli world is R-T ?
Seriously running out of ...Storage space !
