Anyone tried using other makes of tail assembly on Sceadu Evo 50??

Hi...you experts out there just want to know weather can I use the tail assembly from other Makes the fit my Hirobo Sceadu Evo 50??

Currently my theory is all can fit as long as the tail boom diameter is the same...is this right?

Hey...
u can use the freya tail...
here is the list that u need to get...
tail rotor blade holder set pt# 0404-662
washers 2506-003
bearings 2500-070
tail housing 0414-164

these are the parts that u need to get... for the rest of the asembly u need to take apart your old E50 tail and use them to complete the whole assembly... u might as me why should u use the old bearings... -well each pairs of bearings cost about $17 and u need 3 pairs.. but luckily 2 pairs of the bearings needed are already in your E50 tail...

hirobo is the most reputable brand that can be had locally.. changed mine last night... hehe

Haha! Same here. Mine is has the Freya tail too.
In conjunction with the blue freya tail blades, basically i have the same tail disc as the 90's on a 50! Good for lower headspeed buzzing around, at least the tail still has authority and holds well even at low headspeed

you have to admit the whole tail with all new bearings from Hirobo will cost a bomb though hehe...
but since 2 pairs are already in, then i guess just another and other neccesary parts are not as bad though...
