Tighten up your belt. Loose belts cause the tail to switch.
You din't crash the heli prior to that right?

no I didn't...the belt tension is quite tight...I am afraid if too tight can cause the belt to strip too...

Anymore possibilities? Do you think there is play on the tail assembly causing this problem?

Is your engine already ran in?
Any slight coughing in the engine will cause the tail to kick or run a little.
What headspeed are you at?

My engine is already run in...having been flying for 4 months already...just removed the training skids and found this problem....

Hee...I don't have a technometer to measure the headspeed...

In that case, it's less likely to be the engine.
You mentioned play in the tail assembly? which section is it?

I think is the problem with the tail slider...a bit of play is found there...
I tried to move the tail blades when I on my heli and it seems to moves a little...

What kind of play?
is it play around the bushing or is it that the tail slider can can be moved up and down around the bearing?(in this case tighten up the screw)

just put more glue next time.

I already removed the tail pitch slider and tightened the nut but it seems that no matter how tight it is there is still play...it moved left and right...

Can't really troubleshoot without seeing the heli.
Try asking those whom you fly with if they face the same problem before, maybe they'll know exactly which portion needs adjustment

I am flying a EVO 50 without any of the problems which your are facing. The play you felt on the tail rotor head is normal and you need that play. Take care do not to use the original tail hub change the whole tail assembly to FEYA to avoid a crash due to tail hub failed.
If you do not have a third bearing block for your tail belt drive you should follow the manual set-up loosen your belt tension a little. If you prefer to have your belt drive tight you need to install a third bearing block. This should solve your tail haunting problem if your GYRO gain is set correctly.
Many flyers complain about Tail / EVO 50 Vibration, my EVO never vibrates. I have tried with my head speed (main rotor RPM) above 2,000 RPM. I have a tachometer from K&S, which can measure, up to 2,400 rpm and have calibrated with an aviation vibration-measuring instrument (Chadwick 8500). To obtain this you have to install a space between the main frames whenever it is possible.
