T6XAS user on 3 point curve

    Hi,

This is a step to setup 3 point throttle and pitch curve for Futaba T6xas.

Setting up 3 point pitch and throttle values.
The throttle curve on the 6X consists of 3 points:

The idle point, set by the throttle ATV low side
The max rpm point, set by the throttle ATV high side
The center stick point, intended to be the stick position at which you hover, which is adjusted using hovering throttle.
    To set each point:

Press the 2 mode keys together to open the programming.
    Scroll until you reach ATV.
Notice the cursor under channel 1? that means you are ready to adjust the channel 1 ATV. Use the cursor key twice until the arrow is under channel 3, throttle.
With the throttle stick at the bottom, press the + or - key until the servo is in the desired idling position.
Move the throttle stick to full UP and press the + or - key until the servo is in the desired full throttle position.
Press the Mode Up key (top left) 4 times until HV-T (hovering throttle) is displayed.
With the throttle stick positioned at center, use the + and - keys to adjust the servo position until the desired hovering throttle setting is achieved.
Press the 2 mode keys to close the programming.
The pitch curve also consists of 3 points, and is adjusted the same as throttle, and also includes a hovering pitch knob on the face of the radio which can be used to adjust the pitch at center stick while in flight.

Alternatively, you can adjust the max rpm point for each of the 3 flight conditions by using the pitch rate value screen, PI-N (high pitch for normal), PI-I (high pitch for idle up), and PI-H (high pitch for idle up). This lets you make adjustments with the engine idling on the ground.
