There are only three ways to get hold of that:-
1. Rotor sometimes sells a gear set which includes that collar. I just picked up a set myself. They get this from older kits so they are very limited in quantity. I think they may have it at the moment.
2. Order the spare parts kit from Helikraft or Flying-Hobby. One of them carry the new parts kit which includes the collar.
3. Get the ARK X400 gear set from SHS. It includes the collar but be advised that their collar is a bit thinner than the Align one. It may or may not work for you.

Ehh.. I don't think it is for the main shaft collar.
It appears to be more for the spindle shaft collar to me. TRex XL has such collar instead.
From Align website:
Hardware Bag HZ027:
The Aluminium collar is => Aluminum collar x 2(Φ5xΦ3x1.5mm)
Then for:
Main Rotor Holder Set HS1070
The Aluminium collar is also => Aluminum collar x 2(Φ5xΦ3x1.5mm)

I know.. The aluminium collar is in the main gear package. It is somehow not in the picture.
Take a look at:
Main Drive Gear with One-way Bearing/New HP2012
●Main drive gear (150T) x 1
●Autorotation tail drive gear(109T) x 1pcs
●Aluminum collar x 1 <<<<<<<<<<<<< This One!
●One-way bearing HF0612 x 1(6x10x12mm)

Actually I think only some of the kits include the main shaft collar. Rotor carriers some which only includes the one-way bearing and the sleeve but not the collar. However, I understand that they have opened up some older kits and they do sell the gear set out of those kits which includes the said collar. I think that these are limited in their availability though which is why I just grabbed some just in case. As a matter of fact, I've got one right in front of me - it is un marked unlike the usual Align products. Cost me S$18.40 for the set - comes with upper and lower gears, one-way bearing, sleeve, collar and the Jesus bolt and nut.
Now the HP2012 that you refer too, I think Rotor has them too. The last ones I bought in fact didn't have the collar, to my disappointment. They may have changed this, hopefully but last I checked, the ones at JH and Rotor doesn't include the collar yet.

The main gear set doesn't have the shaft ring (57). Instead, I bought the hardware package from HK......Originally posted by Super-HornetI know.. The aluminium collar is in the main gear package. It is somehow not in the picture.

Yeah, I guess only certain package is included. I realise that the gear set did not include the shaft ring when I build my TrexSE recently.......Originally posted by Super-HornetHmmm.... I remember I bought once at Rotor Hobby... With Align cardboard label, it is all in one package.
That package consists of:
One Way already in main gear. Tail Gear with the metal slot and the aluminium all pack properly in it.
Maybe only some package do have all the above.

Hi all
I was digging my spare part bags to find my TRex main gear but instead, found my Raptor 50 Spare part for spindle:
"PV0355 Spindle, R30V2"
Inside that spare parts, there are 2 bushing/collar that appears to be the same as the one for the TRex.
I post this old thread so that one day if someone wanted to look for that main gear collar...and can't find it, maybe can look for Raptor spare part instead.
