I can manaully rotate my raptor main rotor and at the same time i jam the main gears. it is normal?

you can turn ur main gear while holding the main rotor ?
If so, i don't think it is normal ... check ur jesus bolt

I think your tail front pulley may be slipping. This is the small pulley on the front side of the belt. Usually it's the top bit that strips and slips. If this continues, you will eventually lose tail hold. I think a new pulley costs around $13 or so.

when i hold on to my main gear, i can only turn the main rotor in clockwise, but not anti clockwise. I think it is meant for auto-rotational.

Oops, sorry - I thought you were talking about the T-Rex. My comments pertained to the T-Rex.
