As requested by Sherwin Here are the launch heights at lunch today....very slight breeze....

I cant seem to break the 40M barrier....I need a stronger arm

And added wipers to the rudder and the whistling at launch has subdued. Getting to like her more and more.

Wah... thermalling at OHR again... 5 mins flight... impressive.

Heh heh. The thermals here are quite surprising. My personal best here is 10min5secs. Feels like magic sometimes. And u have te sinky days too

I don't quite get it. 10+mins??? I already exhausted when I go more than 4 mins....

Maybe need more practise. Try to get more longer flights to tune the brain.... need to pray to the thermal gods.

Next time lay some thermal bait in the middle of the field and wait for the thermal to come and then GRAB IT!

Actually, to be honest... I'm still trying to find where I can purchase thermal bait, but when I get some, this is the special bag I'll carry it in.

Not sure the bait used in europe can be used here or not. I'm guessing the thermal bait that they are featuring is pretty small. It comes with a small box for small thermal bait. I'll try to source locally as well....

Haha! This reminds me that most fishing lures are actually designed to catch anglers instead of fish! Berkley actually catches more human lunkers than fishes here.
