Had a Kira 600 but that will wait as I start slow with just a redliner.
My skill is not there to go high.

        BF2 Maiden

Managed to maiden my BF2.....with a light power setup 3s 2200mah with MVVS redliner motor.
It perform very well for my flying, the profile is sleek and cut through the air very well.
it thermal very well in the air as you can see that I spend lots of time high up in the sky while some low pass and "stall turn"...
With this light setup, it stay up long and fast, while coming to line cutting power it still goes two rounds and still come with decent speed without stalling. Once the flap deploy it just slow down immediately and land.

The 3 piece wing is going to make this my favorite glider......time to consider selling one of my others glider...( which one )

Thanks Pang for capturing it....I didn't know it was capture on video.

                      Sherchoo, thanks for the encouragement.

Vincopter , this run was done without any mod...i took the mod out as yesterday it fly well with the mod extending more vtail surface but I feel without will do better. And since Pang also advice ...so I went ahead today without the mod , just give a bit more throw.

                          Latest Composit - Schwing 88

This is my latest...quite like the build. Took some time but looks good.
Got the CG right with my combo of A123 cells and ballast in front. In the end I took out 5g of the weight as shown and the CG is spot on from what I can see now.

Next need to do the following :
                          1) solve the issue that both wings is very hard to slot into the fuselage where the two sliver pins are...may be sand it down ?
                          2) Test the fuselage ballast when it is available ...hopefully it fit
                          3) program the glider

                          regards

                            1) Yes, it has been reported that those pins are very tight fitting, a little sandpaper thru the holes will solve the problem.

                            2) Man, I hope you've aredi fitted the ballast tube in the fuse otherwise it'll be a bitch putting it in later.

                            3) That's the easy part !

...Have a good and safe maiden ! ...hoping this one stays with you for longer than a month !
Seriously running out of ...Storage space !

Ballast tube is in ... Just not tested with any ballast yet as I am waiting for them.

My current gliders ; BF2 and Taser that I like flying are still with me, one even close to two months. Those sold are those I don't enjoy flying..

                                Successful Maiden - Schwing88

When there is a will , there is a way...after days of trying to maiden this glider. Finally did this today in between dark cloud.......but sure worth the wait.

This is by far the best slope glider I have experience flying.....I was concern of the weight initially, but once it is in the air...it feel light yet very stable.
And it is a fast flyer ....... it climb easily...so it was very nice. Got three successfully landing using the crow and it is effective to bring it down nicely.
All in all very happy with the performance of this glider....it is definitely one to get and keep.

It fly so nicely and stable even in the condition I am in today ( see the cloud with a little drops of rains ) , i was still confident enough to take out my iphone and snap while just controlling the using one hand ( mode 1 ). So the picture not well taken, but try to spot the glider.
