Where? The old spot at OHR has very windy conditions.
I was flying my EZG at OHR on Sat at 1030am with some strangers and one time I launched the EZG, took it up about 20 metres. With no further throttle, the winds and the gentle slope took the glider up another 10-20 metres.
The EZG is heavy enough as it is with a 1800 pack. I am finishing off my Minus Thermic to try there. Also can try beach soaring now as the winds are constant from south - southeast. You can try your DLG.

Wow,finally, you maiden your new glider
Alamak,don't know whether "real or bluff one", everytime when I don't fly with Ghostrider , he always claim all the huge thermal that took his glider very very high up.
But when I ask him to fly higher when flying with him,he always give lots of "leeyue" for not flying high... like wind too strong lah..... battery no power lah...
"leeyue" more than "bahyue" Don't forget hor, Tim Sum this weekend

Are you referring to the red DLG? Maiden, yes, can put it that way since this is its first outing there. I manage to catch some nice thermal in between the strong breeze.
The condition for flying was good, at least for my Soaring Star. Think you will like this condition with your Paprika. But it is a bit too windy for our friend with his EasyGlider Pro, need ballast for penetration. What is “leeyue” and “bahyue”? That’s what makes him unique.

Can I check wif you guys which mode do you guys setup your radio for the multiplex easyglider? I am using the DSX9, do I set it in acro mode or glid mode? Just gotten myself a glider thanks to poison by a fellow forumer and a total noob at it...

The EasyGlider is a 4 channels glider; both flight modes can be used. AERO mode is easier to setup than the GLID mode. But GLID has more options to play around for glider.
Suggest to start with AERO mode, faster to pickup.

Read through it last nite and was damn complicated!! Think I will set it up in acro mode and take it from there..... Hopefully can get to see it 'fly' tis sunday...

Set it up in the acro mode and fly and orientate first.It more easy to learn.As you progress than use glid mode.
