Got a couple of qns here...

I got a nitro car that is second hand.
It has been running on 25% nitro.

1. Can I use a 20% nitro to run it now that it has been running on 25%?

2. Whats the performance difference between the percent% of nitro?

Can. Just need to retune abit... but if you not particular abt performance then you might not even need to retune.

I used 20% oredi got nitro coming out of the exhaust pipe. Wat does that mean?

means you have a fat wallet......its running rich..which is good ....but too rich also no good....

I don't think nitro is coming out of your exhaust. Think its lubricating oil. Could be either purely synthetic or a blend of synthetic oil and organic castor oil.

If its coming out of the exhaust then it could be runnning rich. The percentage of nitro content has got nothing to do with oil coming out of the exhaust pipe.

Bit difficult to solve engine problem online. Best option is to bring the engine from where you got it from. Alot of engine problems begins from an bad run in process.

Just tried sidewinder 25% from rotor and found the pick up from still to full speed is quite smooth with plenty of smoke.. Can start from very slow to so fast that it cover my multistorey car within secs.

As for the oils that came out of the exhaust, it might be lub oil but i dunno how to see, unless can tell me how to..

Btw, I notice that only when i push to the throttle suddenly to a high level near max speed, the oil will come from the exhaust pipe.

Is it normal?

Oil and smoke (not too much) coming out from the exhaust is a good thing. If too much or you feel the engine sluggish, can lean high needle by 1/8 of a turn at a time.

Think its rich. Check the running temp as a rough gauge.
