Newbie question on plugs and maintenance of trucks

What is the normal plug brand and number to use on a typical 1/8 scale engine over here? Where is a cheap source to buy them from? Are there hobby stores here that specializes in off road cars?

hi, i live in the orchard area and i frequent 2 hobby stores that have extensive off-road offerings: Hobbylink at Far East Plaza on Scotts Road, and Swan Model & Trading at Orchard Plaza on Orchard Road. As far as I have seen, Hobbylink carries Serpent, Xray, Tamiya, Kyosho, and the Z-Car. Swan Model carries Hobao (Hyper), Tamiya, HPI, and helicopters/planes/tanks. I source my glow plugs from both.

Thank you Titosg! Just got some no 5 plugs from Atalon's recommendation at Turf City.
