The timing isn't really the problem. It's the noise from events. Hold an event near any residential area and it's bound to get complains.

But sometimes STOMP! also help us by putting message across to the authorities - in a good way for a good purpose.

70% in STOMP! are rubbish. 20% are boliao, 10% do get things work out better for us.
