sparrowhawk or kyosho lazer? need advice from all you gurus out there. in terms of hop up parts availability and bang per buck, which is a better car?

buggy I supposed? Sparrowhawk is ok. I have one. Diffs are good. Gears are a bit noisy (mostly from slipper). Not much tuning options. Sloppy steering (but it can be fixed) stock wheels are very bouncy and without much grip. Handling is quite good. But overall pretty durable. Nv try jumping it though. But the diffs are really strong. Pretty light with 2S lipo and a brushless setup around 1.6Kg.

Yes, you can get some of the 3Racing hop up from Bottle tree park.
But the car don't really need much hop upComment

I think there is a promo on for the ZX5, at Atalon RC at Turf City. Was there over the weekend and I was told there is a RTR version with 2 Batts and charger (I think) and all electronics, Basically RTR for $350. Not sure what type of electronics though...
I would think this would be a great deal for beginners!alferComment
