    Locked diffferential for TT01

    how to lock it ?
    tried searching but cant find the thread for it...
    anyone got pic to show or can teach how to lock it ?
    actually whats the use for it ?

    try glueing as posted here

    But i think u already know that there is a grub screw or a screw at the side (near to where the dog bone goes). Tighten or loosen the spring inside the diff.

      actually i still dont get how to seal or lock it...lol..
      i bought the TT01 second hand so dont have the manual to see...
      actually what is the locking for ?

        tt-01 uses planetary gear diffs right, open it up and remove the grease and stuff something really thick like maybe blu tack in there and u get a locked diff.

        with the diff locked, its like having a fixed axle so that the car slides more easily.

          but whats the diff between a one way diff n the locked diff ?

            Yah! that's what i done on for my TLT-1. good method as we can took away the blue tack so to unlock.

              i bought the TT01 second hand so dont have the manual to see...

              U can ezly download the manual pdf online,just seach for it at tamiya.com
