Changing Stock Motor...

Hi,
Juz got a new Trinity motor but the included instr was pretty sparse.

Questions?
Q1. Is the connection of the no-solder leads correct?
Q2. Any danger if I accidentally reversed the polarity of the connections?
Q3. Anything else I must do? Just connect leads, install motor?

Somehow, I did juz that and it didnt move and detected some burnt smell... did I juz fried something? Thot it shd be pretty str forward *sigh*

Found the cause... motor mounting screw too long

Know of anyplace I can find 3x22 round head screws?
My gearbox dun have clearance for me to put washers
