How 4wd RC able to steer the front wheel

i am very new to rc and would like to know more about how it works

i am wondering how the 4wd rc able to rotate the wheels while at the same time able to steer. despite it being linked by the shaft the belt drive driving it.

i had tried to view quite a few photos of it but still cant understand it.

Hope somework will answer my question. THANKS in ADV

An RC car's drive system is similar to a real car's system. In a real car it uses a constant velocity joint while in an RC car it's called the axle and dogbone.

      ...

In fact, most of the pro kit also used CVD or CVA or universals. For off-road, very few are on the stock dog-bones anymore.
