Help,My crystal broke in my receiver.1 of its leg is stuck inside.any idea how to remove it?

remove the screw from the rx case and use a long nose plier to pull out the stuck pin.....

dun think it can stuck all the way leh..its basically a whole where the pin is/take a mini screwdriver or those needle and push trough the hole(rx circuit board)...open the case first.

well..reverse the circuit board and poke through the hole where the pin is??

use the solidering iron to heat up the holder and use the tip of the pen knife (or pincer) to get it out

Hi, I think it a close end pot for the crystal to plug in. Unless the leg is still long enough to be pull out by a plier, You could be losing a port. If you can solder and is good at it, take a walk at simlim tower. Try to find a replacement port and get it de-solder and replace. Worst case, a new receiver.
