Hi I am using the MG995 on the esavage. The stock servo simply cannot make it.Originally posted by khpan2003is the tower pro MG995 able to use for steering? Or MG945 better choice?
Btw, any1 can advise me where can get the sanwa V* series servo that have better holding for seavage? and extimate price?
thanks
The MG995 is alot stronger than the stock servo. The speed should be enough for u unless U wanna make very fast and sharp turns..... that is if your truck wun topple over at the kind of speed that it is capable of.Modded Esavage + 4S lipo + KB45 2300KV + HW150A

BUt do take note that the servo will overshoot or oscilate at every position.
It can be still used for trucks though.Modded Esavage + 4S lipo + KB45 2300KV + HW150A

Hmmm... Did some research and found that the digi 4 range of servos by multiplex seems to have very good specs at good prices (cheaper than futaba or sanwa about 25% less for similar specs).
How are mutliplex servos like? Reliable or not? Any known problems to multiplex servos?Modded Esavage + 4S lipo + KB45 2300KV + HW150A
