Originally posted by traderghostZattan22, how come alot of spares are required? Generally, how often do you need to go down to get spares? I fly helis and I understand the importance of having plenty of spares in the local hobby shops, but I thought cars require lesser spares as they are more resilient to damages?
but its kinda of worry if not much in the market
btw any comments if i mod the tamiya 1/18 esc and motor to micro??
will make the kit fast??

here's some pics of my HPI micro from long ago....
had all the hopups that were available at that time....this was 5 years ago?...sumthing like that....
but if you ask which was the most impt ones....
i'd say, the front dogbones and front knuckles, any alu ones will be good enuf...
stock dogbones will snap even with a speed 300 motor...dun even think about BL...
my speed 300 motors ran great....more power than can handle....
but my cell count was 10 which = to 12volts! hahaha...for sale

what i did not like about the mirco was the fact that i had to use smaller cells....didn't like that idea very much, so now all my ep RCs use reg sub C cells....smallest RC i have is the TLT-1 which uses sub Cs as well...
other than that..micro stuff is still very cool in my books...easy to lug around.for sale
