Set up recommended for V one RRR?

    Hi guys.
Ive been playing on my Kyosho FW05T for quite a while now and ive grown out of it. And ive decided that over a few months i would like to get a V1RRR.
Can people please recommend what kind of set up and how much it would cost. Im not going anything like competition racing or anything so i only need a average setup.

    Im thankful for all contributions

IF you just playing for fun and not going competition you do not need a vone rrr.

      its a good move ahead....

out of the box, the tripleR is a race ready car, the default set up from the Manual is good enough.

as for more Pro set up, you have to depend on which track you will be bashing...

perhap you can try on this link.....sure will help you all the way from beginner to Pro....

Nope i havnt bought the RRR yet... will have to wait some time due to the price

*Sigh* it appears that i have to get a new Tx as well cause the Sanwa MX-A i hav isnt advanced enough... (i think i have to get Spektrum?)

            is the mugen mtx4 a 1/10 or 1/8?
i think ive seen some on the track but i thought it was a 1/8...

any idea if hobby bug (because i get my spares from there) has the mugen and has a availability of spare parts?

I asked the guy at hobby bug bout the total cost of RRR wit a
            engine ranging from $300-400
            new TX
            Kit
            Starter box

and he said would cost bout $1800

            cheers
            thanks for the replys

kit should be 450 to 550

              radio another 600 to 700

              engine about 400
              pipe 120.

              you do the math...

hobby bug carry mostly kyosho cars.

pacific model carry mugen cars. the mtx4 is a 1/10 car
              the MRX4R is a 1/8.

mugen has cheap parts and they are a newer car then the RRR.

              it drives better too.

wat ever it is Cars and buggy are not cheap!!!!

              fly plane cheaper heheheh

my dad asked about how much the car would cost etc.. and the guy said that he would need to get a more advanced Tx, mayb the guy thr was just saying it to make money? (or mayb there was a reason)

                              yea thats possible...
i guess if getting a new system might as well get spektrum instead of getting something a little better than what i already have and needing to change later...
(and also not needing to have a frequency crystal helps)

                              cheers
