HPI gear set

I am running a HPI sprint2 with 87T/48P spur gear.My pinion is 30T/48P.The std comes with 28T pinion.Will this difference in gears give a problem to my gear meshing or others?

As long as the pitch is the same (in this case, 48P), it will mesh.
