    servo burned

Bought a new futaba digital servo last friday and installed it today.
was about to go test the buggy when after i turn on the rx batt for a while , white smoke was coming out from my new servo!!!!!!!!....omg...really scare the hell out of me...
took out the servo and take a look, there a burned plastic at the bottom of the servo.
anyone know what the cause of the burned???

I'm using a HRS futaba rx, the plug has a side plastic that prevent you from connecting to the servo wrongly

                Jerome,

The 9402 is not a digital servo la. The HRS rx will surely cook an analog servo. If the shop that sells it to u as a digital servo, go throw it back at them. Tell them to replace it with a digital servo 9451.

                Cheers
