Need some advice on this boat

HI guys...
Got this from Rotor during the sales period.



Modified it to take lipo & directional control is by differential. (2 props)
However, noticed that while travelling straight, one of the prop(left one I think) seemed to be slower & hence, it tends to go slightly left. Any advice on how to correct this problem? Had thought of putting a fixed rudder (at an angle) to correct this but if I have to turn the boat direction, it may cause some problem.

Oh ya... anyone knows a better place to play this small boat other than Pungol Pond? Me in west area. Been to Pasir Panjang park Pond but think they'd juz drained off the water to do some renovations on the facility. Marina South salt water lake is full of algae & prop almost got trapped...haiz

why not try going to little guilin park near bukit gombak MRT station

very nice scenery and the pond is quite big.. some wind also,

I have played there a few times, both speed boat and small outboard
motor toy boat.

my brother just stays opp the park in Guilin View.

A small rudder cut from a sheet of aluminium should do the trick... after you fix it to the boat, just bend the rudder til the angle is just right. If the boat won't turn, just cut and shorten the rudder til you get good steering response Hope it works

How about checking the driveline of the affected side and see if there's any binding? Maybe oiling the shaft and lubricating the motor mignt help?
