When you say 'high speed' ...do you mean with 50% of the hull in the water or with only 10% of the rear skimming off the surface ?

The out-rigger really have a hard time not sliding out during a turn without a turn fin at 'high speed' !

...long story short, ...I oso dunno !

As what i know that all race boat their rudder are place on the right, and mostly for races their circuit are conducted in clockwise, so this is the key point . If you have the right CG on your outrigger you need not have to place any turn fin.
