Guys poor little guy need help... i'm a new bird into r/c boat.. i wish to buy a kyosho twinstorm 800 boat...wat other thing that i need to buy for the boat... wat charger is the best and wat controller is best for the r/c boat... and does the boat spolie easily and how much does the best controller and charger will cost.. thank for replaying poor little guy :P

i'm new too but i saw my frenz play his Traxxas Villian EX (twin motor, twin prop) it's ready to run combo(complete almost everything, u need ONLY 8 AA batteries for radio AND 2 pack 6 or 7 cells batterypack).

my frenz run quite fast, it's fun.

no crash no hit i think can last long. All rc things same, tear & wear is common.

as run in sea water i think what importan is 'water tight it'. means u need to make it as water tight as possible. seal the cover with wire tape and drill the hwater pickup line hole above water line when u do it.

alex kyosho twinstorm 800 speed boat <=== is this a good boat.. or your fren boat is good.. this 2 boat which is faster ?? and does the boat can be controller by M8 controller??

M8 of course. but overkill lah. M8 leave it for ur 950R or ur Mugen 1/8(issit MTX-4?)

i would like to know can Traxxas Villain EX use sanwa receiver?? i think i getting traxxas villain ex. if Traxxas Villain EX can use sanwa receiver then i buy traxxas villain EX ler.. wish to get reply from u guys... sorry that i ask too much question.. cos i'm newbie in boat :P hehe use to play 1/10 nitro car.. at hprc and play ep heli but dunno how to set up the heli and dunno how to fly.. everytime crash hehe

i am oso a 1/10 car convert(to aeroplane). But i thought any reciever should work? Car also what, ur V1R, 710, mugen, all can use the same reciever as long as it is the same frequency. Correct me if i am wrong. nvr played wif boats.

i think getting the Traxxas Villain EX is much more better then kyosho twinstorm 800 cos kyosho boat have no spare part ...

The Kyosho Boats are better quality. And the model u r talking about is a much later design. Both boats are using lousy speed controller. But enjoy it first. Upgrade later.

well what thing need to upgraded to make the boat run fast ?? and does the traxxex villian ex water cooling system and ECS good ??
